BEAMS Brings Back the Double Tongue With Its DC Kalis OG

Japan’s BEAMS comes through with a creative reworking of the DC Kalis OG complete with a double tongue, which hasn’t been seen in decades. Taking advantage of both the current retro ‘90s craze, and sneaker reinterpretations made popular by Virgil Abloh, the BEAMS Kalis OG is a timely nod to an era gone by. As DC continues to regain popularity after its recent rebrand, we’re expecting to see more creative interpretations of its classic silhouettes. This one sets the bar extremely high. The BEAMS Kalis OG will be coming to DC’s online store for $125 in the near future.
