The first of this year’s Damn Am series will be at the Berrics on June 10-12. The top 12 skaters of the Damn Am Los Angeles will secure their spot for Tampa Am‘s Saturday qualifier on November 12.
If you want to join, register here. You can enter if you meet any ONE of the following criteria.
- Prior participation in Damn Am / Tampa Am events
- Support and backing of established industry brands
- Footage showing ability and skill that could be potentially enough to place in the top 12 based on Skatepark of Tampa’s standards
The Damn Am is a global amateur skateboarding contest series. Over 10,000 skaters, some of them now top pros, have participated in the event since its inception in 2001.
Over the years, Damn Am had stops in various cities across the globe including Shanghai, Sydney, Sao Paolo, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and more.
The 2022 Damn Am series will have four stops. The next three stops after Los Angeles will be in Barcelona (July 8-10), Japan (TBD), and New York City (September 9-10). Visit Skatepark of Tampa’s website for more information.
