The first name in skateboarding can now add “documentary subject” to his ever-growing list of achievements. Directed by Sam Jones and produced by the Duplass Brothers, Tony Hawk’s HBO Max doc aims to shed some light on never before seen details of his impressive and extensive career. We’ve seen him in countless interviews, skate films, events, and video games (and possibly recognized him in public) so we can’t wait to see what more the legend has in store. The film is in the works and expected sometime in 2022.
