Local star Joseph Gabaccio set his city’s Bowl on fire, winning the Skateboard Bowl Pro ahead of young Spanish rider Bijueska Egoitz and Reunion’s Stellio Sakellarides during last weekend’s FISE Xperience.

Around 35,000 spectators and 200 riders took part in the four competing disciplines of the event, namely BMX Freestyle Park, Skateboard Bowl, Roller Freestyle Park and Scooter Bowl.

In Roller Freestyle Park Pro, Jérémy Domingues took the win in front of a delighted crowd. He beat Tom Lecouls from Le Havre and Zahir Hanaizi. Reigning champion Armelle Tisler claimed victory in the women’s category beating Carla Pasquinelli and Jeanne Sauvage.

Esteban Clot took the top spot at the Scooter Bowl, ahead of Mathias Villers, and Arthur Frugier in 3rd place.

Tom Clemens from Germany won BMX Freestyle Park Pro, with Pim Scheers from the Netherlands and Lilian Virazel from Montpellier in second and third place, respectively. France’s Laury Perez dominated the women’s category, ahead of Colombia’s Queen Saray Villegas Serna and France’s Julie Plousey.

In addition to the competitions, the public in Le Havre enjoyed the presence of Alex Jumelin, the emblematic figure of French BMX Flatland, who came as part of the Jules x FISE capsule collection, co-designed by the athlete. He put on a show throughout the weekend, offering numerous demos and signing sessions.
