Larry Clark is set to debut his latest film on November 2 at the Cinema Village in New York and Laemmle Glendale in Los Angeles. Marfa Girl 2 is the sequel to Clark’s 2012 Marfa Girl, which was released independently via his website. The Kids [1995] and Wassup Rockers [2006] director once again includes skateboarding as a part of the narrative in his latest effort. Marfa Girl 2 stars Adam Mediano, Drake Burnette, and Mercedes Maxwell as a family living in Marfa, Texas attempting to pull their lives back together after a horrific tragedy, and will continue to explore themes central to Clark’s previous work including: sex, drugs, and teenage angst.
