Mobb Deep’s The Infamous is one of the greatest hip hop albums of all time. A full 25 years later, “Shook Ones” is still in our regular rotation, and hits just as hard in 2020 as it did in 1995.
In honor of the albums quarter-century birthday, Havoc released the above interview to coincide with the extended version of the album that includes a couple of previously unreleased tracks. Check out both above and below, respectively.
Also, we’d be remiss not to give Prodigy an R.I.P. shoutout on this special occasion. He allowed us to interview him in 2017 in one of his final on-camera appearances for our short film on Max Fish just a few months before he tragically passed away from sickle cell anemia.
