A little over a year ago, Gino Iannucci dropped by Mona Liza for his Mission Statement interview during which he mentioned a potential new Poets x Nike SB collaboration. News broke earlier this month that the black suede and canvas Bruin React featuring an oversized neon green swoosh with Poets branding on the back would be coming soon. Gino just announced a January 2 release via the Poets website with his latest Instagram post. If you’re into sneakers, you’ll definitely want to cop. The last Poets x Nike SB collab is one of the more sought-after sneakers of the last decade.
UPDATE 01.02.19: The Poets x Nike SB Bruin is already sold out on the Poets website. You’ll have to look for it in skate shops later this week if you’d like to get your hands on a pair. The bigger news surrounding this drop is the five-minute edit that Gino unveiled to coincide with the release. It has us thinking that 2020 is gonna be a good one!
