Santa Cruz Skateboards dropped its 50th Celebration video featuring sessions in Sea Cliff Skatepark, Mike Fox Skatepark, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a live music jam at Moe’s Alley held last September 23.
Santa Cruz is the oldest skateboard company founded by Richard Novak, Doug Haut, and Jay Shuirman.
The trio is also behind NHS (from their last name initials), Santa Cruz’s parent company. NHS is also the distributor of the brands Santa Cruz Snowboards, Santa Cruz Surfboards, Creature Skateboards, Independent Trucks, Bronson Speed Co., Krux Trucks, Ricta Wheels, Mob Grip, OJ Wheels, Road Rider, Slimeballs, Bullet and Nor Cal Clothing Co.
