Since competing in the X Games beginning in 2006, Nyjah has accumulated 10 Gold, five silver, and two bronze medals for the Street division plus three more gold medals for Real Street and Best Trick.
Nyjah is part of the 2022 USA Skateboarding National Team. He also participated in the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
He is aiming to qualify for the Olympics again in 2024. This year, he won World Street Skateboarding in Rome–one of the qualifying events for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
