In an exciting update for this year’s event, eight additional skilled skaters have been invited to join the women’s, elevating the total number of participants to 16.

Fans can look forward to witnessing intense head-to-head battles between the world’s best transition skaters. The S.K.A.T.E. format guarantees electrifying moments as competitors go trick-for-trick, pushing the boundaries of their abilities while showcasing their signature styles.

To heighten the excitement even further, organizers have introduced more bonus challenges, offering participants the opportunity to compete for cash prizes.

Gabryel Aguilar and Roos Zwetsloot won this year’s Red Bull Rio Conquest.

The contest has a head-to-head eliminator format that determines the new reigning champions of each tour stop.

Zwetsloot defeated Maria Lucia in the quarterfinals and  Vitória Mendonça in the semis. In the finals, she faced and triumphed over Gabriela Mazetto.

This is Zwetsloot’s second Red Bull Conquest win.

Meanwhile, Aguilar battled Trevor McClung and Lucas Rabelo in the quarter and semi-finals. He defeated Giovanni Vianna in the finals.
