Shots Fired: Alex Olson Airs Out Grievance With F.A.

Alex’s post-917-team-departure media blitz continues. In his latest bit of Q&A with Dose, he airs out his grievance with Fucking Awesome. While there’s plenty to have feelings about considering Aidan, Vincent, and Nik all defected to Dill’s camp, the callout has us wondering if we’ll see more former 917ers riding F.A. and Hockey boards in the near future.

Is there an etiquette to poaching skaters from other companies?

There’s a right and wrong way to approach it, right? I’m not a fan of F.A. I’ll say that much.

Oh really? I feel like from the outside looking in, F.A. is one of the few recent board companies to really make a solid mark on the industry.

If I wasn’t me, I would feel that same way, probably. But I think I’m too close.

Want to elaborate on your dislike of F.A.?

I think it’s self-explanatory. I mean, just the way Dill goes about stuff. I don’t know. I’m just not a fan. He’s annoying to say the least.
