Alex Olson’s skateboarding, brands, and numerous other pursuits often overshadow his photography. But he’s been a professional lensman for what feels like nearly a decade now. Given that, a photo book from him is fitting. RED was shot in Los Angeles in 2012, and is the first of a series that will explore the seven colors of the spectrum. It’s 56 pages, and features an intro written by the legendary Craig Stecyk III. You can get your hands on a copy for $65 via Paradigm Publishing. Proceeds are being donated to PATH of Greater Los Angeles and Arts for Incarcerated Youth Network.
