After the successful release of his Under Armour D3 tribute, A$AP Rocky is back with new music. Rocky channels his inner rockstar with this cover of Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ On) the Dock of the Bay” for the Triple J show. This classic track will forever be connected to skate culture via Rick Howard’s part in Goldfish (1993). While Rocky’s version certainly doesn’t live up to the original, it’s cool to see him continuing to step out of his comfort zone and experiment with different sounds. Check it out for yourself above.
