Here’s How Kento Urano Won Damn Am Japan

Kento Urano almost dropped out of Damn Am Japan after an injury but clocked back to claim victory. See how he clinched his win in the video below.

His win secured him a straight shot to the semi-finals in this year’s Tampa Am, to be held on October 15.

Toa Sasaki, Momohei Yabushita, Raimu Abe, Luca Hirata, Taiga Nagai, Raimu Sasaki, Hozumi Kai, Aimu Yamazuki, Taisei Hamamura, Tokiya Imamura, and Sena Watanabe qualified for the Tampa Am Saturday Qualifier.

Yumeka Oda won the Damn Am Japan women’s division. Watch the women’s finals highlights below.

Damn Am Japan is the second of the series this year. The next stop will be held in Breda, Netherlands, on July 12-14.

Seeing all the other shops back then were focused on snowboards, Tony Croghan saw the opportunity to establish a shop dedicated to skateboards. He used earnings from a hotel job to start 35th North Skate Shop in Seattle.

After twenty years, 35th North has become a prominent part of the Seattle community, hosting events, art shows, premieres, and karaoke nights.
