Horigome, Covell Win the 2023 SLS Tokyo

Yuto Horigome and Chloe Covell won the Tokyo stop on the 2023 Street League Skateboarding Tour.

Horigome impressed the audience with an amazing performance and won the final with a total score of 37.2, beating runner-up Daiki Ikeda by 3.2 points. Nyjah Huston finished third.

Momiji Nishiya and Roos Zwetsloot joined Covell on the podium for second and third place, respectively. Covell recently became the youngest X Games Women’s Street Gold Medalist in California’s 2023 Summer X Games.

Titus Destroy the Spot Goes to Antwerp, Belgium

After several Dutch editions of Titus Destroy The Spot, it was time for the first Belgian edition. The KNS plaza in Antwerp became the epicenter of street skateboarding action last Sunday. Titus brought in big boxes of goodies and a whopping €2,000 in prize money for the event!

Watch the Highlights of Vans Shop Riot Netherlands

Check out the highlights of the Vans Shop Riot 2023 as 20 shops battled it out for a spot in the European finals in Manchester.

The event also featured a thrilling Death Race and a live band for the Best Trick competition, igniting the stage with their music.

Burnside Shop took home the trophy and claimed the spot for the finals.

Vans Shop Riot is a unique series created by Vans that showcases the best street skaters in Europe. It provides a genuine platform for acknowledgment and community to the core skateboard scene as well as the top skate shop teams from all across Europe.

The event originated from a grassroots competition held at Burnside Skatepark in the Netherlands back in 2009. Over time, it has rapidly evolved and continues to grow to this day.

Catch the Best Moments of Red Bull Bowl Rippers 2023

Pro skateboarders from all around the world went head-to-head in the 2023 Bowl Rippers event held in Marseilles, France.

Bryce Wettstein from the USA took the lead in the women’s event, followed by fellow American Ruby Lilley and Japanese Yurin Fujii.

In the men’s division, Danny Leon beat the finalists with a score of 80.7. Jean Pantaleo came in second place, and Tom Schaar completed the podium.

Started in 2016, the Bowl Rippers competition celebrates in-park skating in a jam-session atmosphere with top competitors. This year marked the sixth edition of the contest.
