Rayssa Leal Wins Again at SLS Salt Lake City Stop

Rayssa Leal is on a roll (pun intended). After winning the silver medal in Tokyo last month, and subsequently signing a deal with April this week, she proved that Shane O’Neill made a solid investment in his brand’s future. Leal took home 1st in yesterday’s Women’s contest at the Salt Lake City Stop of the 2021 SLS series. At just 13, she’s already a two-time Street League winner. Japan’s Funa Nakayama and the Netherlands’ Roos Zwetsloot took home 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

In the Men’s division, Gustavo Ribeiro took out Nyjah Huston with a 360 flip noseblunt down a rail to secure his first SLS win. Huston landed in 2nd place, with Alex Midler rounding out the podium in 3rd. You can watch both contests below.
