Watch Akwasi Sci-Fi Fantasy Part
Akwasí Owusu has impressively taken his wallride skills to new heights in his video part for Sci-Fi Fantasy.
When not riding the board, Akwasí is busy creating art from old skateboards and other materials. He also has a website where he sells his handcrafted jewelry and candles.
He also became a guest artist for Thunder Trucks recently. The Thunder Guest Artist Collection includes pro edition trucks in 147 & 148, a short sleeve tee, and a custom wax, all adorned with Akwasi’s one-of-a-kind mask and signature emblem.
Skateboarding legends will be on the stage together to discuss their lives and careers and how they inspired each other to innovate for “Darkslides & Secret Tapes” shows.
The shows are scheduled for April 4th at Beacon Theater, NYC, NY and April 7th at ACL Live at the Moody Theater, Austin, TX.
