UPDATE: Brandon Turner Switch Hardflips Wallenberg

Published

on

If you picked up the latest issue of Thrasher, then you were blown away by the Content page. If not, your face should be melting right now from processing the above sequence of Brandon Turner switch hardflipping Wallenberg. A heavy N.B.D. at one of skateboarding’s most iconic spots is not something expected from a 39-year-old. This is one for the books. Our only questions is: where’s the footage?

UPDATE 01.15.21: SLS gave Lil B a well-deserved 10 racks for the switch hard at the Berg. Can’t argue with that. Have a look at the 2020 Trick of the Year announcement above.

UPDATE 01.04.21: It’s not the My War that we were predicting back in November, but Jenkem‘s mini documentary on Brandon has all of the attempts from his Wallenberg session starting at the 12:39 mark. This is one of our favorite things that went down last year.

UPDATE 11.20.20: Sk8mafia just dropped a new video that features the footage of Brandon’s switch hard at the beginning. Check the standalone clip below. Hopefully we’ll get a My War that tells the full story sometime in 2021.
