New Kicks Alert: Chaz Ortiz Signs Deal With Axion
Axion continues to build steam with its latest team acquisition.
Last night, Chaz Ortiz announced that he has signed onto the reboot with a bottle-popping post.
Kareem corroborated shortly after.
Ortiz had been without a shoe sponsor the demise of Lil Wayne’s Supra imprint a half decade ago.
And this latest deal cements his post Zoo York comeback that began with signing to DGK last year.
With the team coming together, we’re hoping that an Axion promo containing new ‘Reem footage is on the horizon.
Time will tell.

Leal won silver in the Tokyo Olympics women’s street skateboarding competition last year. This year, she got her first X Games gold medal in the women’s street competition. Oh, did we mention that she is just 14 years old?

Thunder Trucks Welcomes Hermann Stene in their New Part
Watch Hermann Stene’s insane tricks in this Thunder Trucks’ welcome video now playing at the Thrasher Magazine Channels.
This Norwegian skater started skating at the age of eight and became a part of the Norwegian National Skateboarding Team in 2018.
Stene, now almost 30, has been showing his skills for close to 15 years now, and there is no better way to show off his skills with this beautifully filmed video.
Amazingly, Stene has never gone pro, whether that is bad luck or age bias, there is no denying the talent.
Oh and watch out at 1:33 for one of the sweetest frontside kickflips you’ll see this year.
