Spenny has been relatively low-key since joining Primitive in 2019. He’s released some gems here and there. But nothing like the nearly six-minute magnum opus that he unleashes above. This takes the concept of hometown hero to another level. No disrespect to Crankers, but we’re calling Hamilton the current king of the ‘Couv after witnessing his destruction of the city. The last section with the Madonna instrumental gave us the chills. Not sure if Spencer will land in the running for SOTY this year, but he’ll definitely be on our Top 10 list in December.
