UPDATE: HUF Exhibition Honors Keith Hufnagel’s Legacy
HUF pays tribute to the life and legacy of its founder with a memorial exhibition and t-shirt, both of which make their debut today. The show features photos of Keith Hufnagel shot by Ari Marcopoulos, Giovanni Reda, Tobin Yelland, and Atiba Jefferson alongside a video created by RB Umali, and mural by Remio. All will be on display at HVW8 Gallery in Los Angeles from 1 – 6pm, and will run through November 8. The brand is also releasing a limited Keith Hufnagel Forever t-shirt designed by Cali Dewitt and James Rockin, which can be purchased at the gallery, shops, and via its online store. All proceeds will be donated to the Phase One Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to fighting cancer.
Keith Hufnagel paved the way for all of us – as a respected professional skateboarded, shop owner, brand founder, footwear and apparel designer, creative director, and industry leader. He showed us how to do it, and how to do it right.
Keith’s legacy will continue to live on at HUF. Today, tomorrow, and forever. – HUF

After twenty years, 35th North has become a prominent part of the Seattle community, hosting events, art shows, premieres, and karaoke nights.
Pro skaters Matt Gottwig and Kristin Ebeling shared more stories about how the shop became an integral part of the local skate scene in this episode of “Established“.
