Dave Chang is a celebrity chef that has no connection with skateboarding outside of Momofuku’s Nike SB Dunk, and his friendship with Eric Koston. Despite these somewhat limited interactions, Chang has developed a profound respect for our culture. He sits down for an hour-long interview with Koston to pick his brain on skateboarding’s history with the attempt of pulling some valuable lessons that can be applied to the culinary world. It’s an interesting conversation to say the least, and definitely worth taking the time to listen to in its entirety.
