In an update posted on Instagram last night, TORRO! Skateboards announced that Luis Tolentino will be retiring from professional skateboarding to pursue a full-time career off his board. Over the past decade, Tolentino has been a cornerstone of New York skateboarding, and rode for brands including: SHUT, TORRO!, Red Bull, and Famous Stars & Straps to name a few. According to this Jenkem profile video from 2017, Tolentino was slated to represent the Dominican Republic in next year’s Olympic Games.
